Indiatimes Websites - Nightmare that never Ends

I subscribed to one webhosting and another website+webhosting accounts to Indiatimes.com with great hope and zeal. Considering that it is a big and experienced company I invested money with a plan to invest a lot more.
But instead of two wonderful websites what was in store for me - headaches, frustration, pain of lost money and efforts. I had to deal with incompetent and lethargic agents and staff. Most of them are just interested in getting your money fast. But nobody seems interesting to help you or give you a good customercare. The big company just sleeps on your money and provide you the worst service and customercare in the world.
I wrote two dozen of more complaint emails but not even a single reply was sent to me. If I am writing this news item it is the compulsion of a broken heart. It is not easy to fight legally with such a big company. You can't do anything.
It is not the money you lost but the hope and confidence they crush ruthlessly that pinches you really hard.
One of their reliable agents (whose address they publish regularly in contact us page) befooled me for a long time and almost threw my ambitious website in dustbin. Then I bought a three page website from Indiatimes again. They got money fast but then made me pass through a nightmire to see my website.
At last there was a website. But their system is so outdated and slow that it is almost difficult to create a good website. So there was another dead website. Nobody listens, no compaint is attended. They customercare department acts fast only when they have to collect money from you.
I am amazed how is such a big company functioning. Will they wake up and throw away the lazy and incompetent agents and staff to save the company from snowballing bad reputation.
