For the Writers
By submitting your article to thewritersonline.com you agree that
1. The submitted article/write-up was written by you and you are its copyright holder.
2. You should write good and informative articles. Any articles/photograph relating to pornography, sexual abuse, religious hatred, promoting crime, violence or any illegal activity should not be submitted.
3. You give permission for your article to be published on thewritersonline.com and be made available for republishing by us or any other publisher without asking for any remuneration.
4. Although most of the good articles are published but there is no guarantee that your article will certainly be published. We reserve the right to reject, remove or edit any article or its headline. It may even be moved to a different category.
5. We reserve the right to display any type of ads on the pages of your articles.
6. We reserve the right to introduce various schemes to help the writers to earn money money.
7. Maximum of two links will be allowed in the body of an article. You may write any number of articles and continue giving links for traffic but then you won't be considered to entitle for any award or other remunerative schemes introduced time to time from TheWritersOnline
8. Sometimes mediocre articles are also published just to give encouragement to new writers. But such articles may be deleted anytime. For a good life-span of months or years an article must be of good quality. Decision about quality or deletion is the prerogative of our editors.
9. Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. Check the spellings carefully and write grammatically correct sentences.
10. Any writer violating the terms and conditions may be banned from the site.
For the Publishers
By taking articles from thewritersonline.com for publication you agree that
1. You will publish the article as it is there in thewritersonline.com. No change or editing is allowed without getting written permission from the editor of thewritersonline.com
2. You are not allowed to sell the articles to any individual, group or company etc without our written permission.
3. You are not allowed to publish it on any vulgar, pornographic, or unlawful site. Publication should be only on reputed and lawful sites or publications.
4. Do attach the tag of article source.
5. You may be restricted from publishing the articles any time,. wihout even telling the reason.
6. If TheWritersOnline.com has the copyright of an article (mostly articles without links) it can't be re-published without the written permission from the editor of the site: TheWritersOnline.com. To get permission write an e-mail in CONTACT US.
