Onlookers are people who would always fold their arms and wait for nature to take its due cause before they would really take cognizance of what is in and around them. But this should not be so .Nature will not revolve to suit your plans, dreams or help you achieve your goals until a step is made just in the attempt to do it.

If one should roughly estimate the percentage of on lookers in our societies nowadays ,it is a definite percent that will range between 80% .On the other hand ,there are some people who will fall in the 20% of those who really make things happen other than the onlookers but then ,a small percentage of such people may be described as ‘I know but I can’t do’ that is, such people have the right ideas that will in one way or the other solve a problem but it is rather unfortunate on their side that ,they fail to actually make such things happen that is due to lack of implementation .

Imagine a native of a community called Adomaka who will always complain and deliberate on issues of indiscriminate damping rubbish even to the extent of making suggestion to salvage the problem yet he himself damps the rubbish holding the perceptions that ,many are doing likewise and how can he alone cause a change?

If he should take the initial right step of digging a dump right in your house other than damping them along the water bodies and even on streets, others will emulate you and do likewise.

Furthermore, there are sects of people who actually make things happen no matter the situation they find themselves engulfed in .Are you part of this group?
Whether you are a student, a lawyer, a teacher, doctor pastor and whosoever you might be, it’s about time you must refuse to sit on the fence and allow others cause the change .Even if upon that, the big question is would such a change benefit or meet your expectations?

I would like to seek your indulgence to divert a little into our history collection of one great man who caused a change when he realised there was a glitch somewhere without hesitation.

As a boy of fourteen, Trcho Brohe (1546-1601) heard that astronomers had predicted an eclipse of the sun on August 21, 1560 .Brohe watched for the eclipse on that date and it indeed occurred.

However, he noticed that the astronomer’s prediction of the exact time of the time of the eclipse was twenty (20) minutes in error .He was disturbed by the error in their error prediction and thereupon decided to become an astronomer in order to rectify such errors in prediction and due to that Trcho Brohe made very accurate measurements of the position of planets and stars before the telescope was invented.

It is not deemed appropriate to make enquiry as to those initiatives to be actualised by the nations on behalf of individuals but, contrariwise, to verify the methodologies by which said individuals can maximise their optimum contribution to said nation .This is another version of the saying ‘Do not ask what the nation can do for you but ask what can I do for my nation’.

Well readers, let’s not wait for a change but lets rather cause the change and this is the legacy our forefather left for us like .Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Sir Isaac Newton and so forth .That reminds me ,never follow the philosophy that time changes things but
