Great Indian religious guru Buddha said: 'All that we are today is the result of what we thought.' Great Roman king and philosopher also Marcus wrote: Our life is what our thoughts make it. Modern science has also proved that we become what we think daily.
From morning till the time we sleep our mind produces innumerable waves of negative and positive thoughts. All these thoughts are the result of our conscious and sub-conscious mind. Then effect of the thoughts is deposited in our super-conscious that generates a pattern to mould our life. It is also called our destiny. And it is very difficult for a person to change his or her destiny. Although it is not impossible.
We can change our destiny, but not by fighting or struggling, but by shrewdly changing our attitude towards life. We have to consciously try to deposit positive thoughts in our sub-conscious. We can generate positive thoughts by positive affirmations, thinking about positive results, never losing heart and trying again to achieve our targets.
