From the beginning of the civilization a woman has been fighting for her existence, for her self-respect and for the proper place in the society. But ironically even after thousands of centuries she has not been able to get herself the place she deserves. In this male-dominated society her desires, to be equally important, valued, powerful and respectful like men, were suppressed. And even today in well-educated modern world it can be seen. Although liberty is there for them and they are being given opportunities in most of the countries. But it is not unconditional.. Till today the bitter truth is that both male and female are not equally treated.
From the very first day children are brought up differently. Girls are taught to be patience full and shy whereas the feelings of aggressiveness, possessiveness and power are inculcated in boys.
As for as I feel, the bringing up or teaching is responsible for the miserable condition of a woman. But I also hold a woman responsible for her condition as she herself allows her to be burdened with unnecessary and baseless expectations of others from her. She does not let her come out of emotional trauma. She herself does not know how talented she is. She is unaware of her real worth.
A woman must see the successful persons around her. She will come to know that people bow down to them not because they know their worth but because of the fact that these successful people knew their real worth first. So dear wise women get up from your slumber and keep fighting for the place you deserve to have and be quite sure that future belongs to you.
