The prized possession that all want to achieve within the company. It may be a high end jacket that is displayed during a contest with the winner taking the spoils.
There are many different ways to make some simple printed material like shirts, hats and jackets increase production in your company to the point to where you have the highest increase in revenue’s that you have ever ran across for such a simple investment.
What about sponsoring the local baseball, basketball or football team, this can cause some real teamwork as most teams that are sponsored are run and coached by someone within the company or someone directly related to someone within the company. There are children that are the children of friends and family of the employees and this brings them together and creates a closeness that helps at work.
This can also cause your employees to get closer to each other and making for a tight nit family setting. People perform better when they care. These suggestions are not just wild and random thoughts, they are tried and true programs and ideas that have been used over and over to produce the desired results.
