She promised them that her powerful connections would bolster their careers. The parties that she gives are attended by the cream of society and paid for by a billionaire lover. She is still a hooker even if having social status and prestige.
I do not think that it is wrong for a woman to use her body to get what she wants. Men are horny and she is giving them sexual satisfaction. She is entitled to get something in return, hopefully it is the social prestige she wants. But it would seem odd if some of the prestigious women in our world got there by selling their bodies for it. There is nothing that can be done if that is true. As long as well connected men will help an appealing woman get where she wants, nothing can stop a hooker from getting herself a high position in society.
